Event Cancellation

Should the event be cancelled by Paradox Events for any reason, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Should the customer not attend, any refund is at Paradox Events's discretion.

Admission

Customers may enter the premises anytime between the opening of the doors and the start of the game. Admission may not be granted once the game has begun. Customers who do not gain admission due to late arrival are not entitled to a refund.

Misconduct

Should a customer's behaviour be unruly in a way that is disruptive to the game, deemed likely to damage the venue or Paradox Events property, or bothersome to other customers, a warning will be issued by Paradox Events staff. Should the behaviour persist past the warning, the customer may be expelled from the event.

Damages

The customer agrees to paying for the repair or replacement of any Paradox Events property damaged through misuse in the course of the event.

Smartphone Use

The use of smartphones is not permitted during the game. Should smartphone use persist after a warning given by Paradox Events staff, the customer may be expelled from the event.

Expulsion

If a customer is expelled from an event, they are not entitled to a refund.

Confidentiality

The particulars and details of all puzzles by Paradox Events are to be regarded as confidential. The customer agrees not to record them nor reproduce them partially or in their totality.

Player Age

All players must be 18 or older.
